A Santa Rosa County arrest can produce records in several offices. Contact the agency that created the item rather than sending one broad request everywhere.

No records-lobby hours were verified in the project research, so call before an in-person visit. The usual routes are:
- For a jail intake record or booking photograph, use the SRSO Records Unit or its JustFOIA portal; the home page explains the request fields.
- For a Milton Police or Gulf Breeze Police arrest report, contact that city department. SRSO still controls the county booking record.
- For filed charges, judgments, and disposition, contact the Santa Rosa County Clerk at 850-981-5554 or PublicRecordRequest@santarosaclerk.com.
- For a person in Florida state prison or state supervision, use the Florida Department of Corrections offender search or FDC public-records office.
- For a federal prisoner, use the BOP locator. For immigration custody, use the ICE detainee locator. Neither is a county mugshot gallery.
- For warrant concerns, follow the safety-focused procedure on the Sheriff's Most Wanted page; do not rely on a commercial card.
